Soitron is a Central European integrator operating in the IT market since 1991. It offers its clients products and services in the field of robotization and process automation, cybersecurity, data centres, IoT solutions, IT outsourcing, communication and network solutions, IT support and advisory. Its product portfolio includes smart police car solutions – Mosy and cybersecurity services – VOID Security Operations Center. 

Soitron is a part of the Soitron Group and employs 850 international experts. The group brings together professional teams in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland, and the UK. 

Miloš Koska is Project Manager in Soitron. As such, he is the primary contact for clients. Besides, Koska is responsible for coordinating the software delivery and for managing partnerships with third parties, all with the aim to provide the best possible solution to Soitron’s customers. One of the projects he was working on entailed the development and delivery of a complex agenda system for a large Slovak government entity.

Miloš Koska: “At a certain stage in this project, we came to the conclusion that we needed some outside help. The low code applications which Netgrif had developed seemed very interesting and the Netgrif team made a good impression. They presented their team, showed us some reference projects and shed more light on their applications. We sensed that they could offer the resources and skills that would provide us with the flexibility and speed that we needed. So we decided to start up a test.”

Before the project started, Soitron had already performed an analysis, which formed the basis for the environment that was to be launched. Miloš Koska: “We asked them to take a close look at this analysis, evaluate the options and come up with a prototype within a week. And this is what they did. The Netgrif team developed a prototype within the given time. This gave us ample confidence to move forward.”

The next step was to start planning the implementation of the software and to include this in the existing customer software landscape. Miloš Koska: “This involves integration with various different systems and requires additional development efforts. Netgrif is a great partner here. They are certainly living up to their promise.”

It’s the team that makes the difference, according to Koska: “Netgrif’s technology is great, but their people are the main differentiator. Their willingness to go the extra mile. Their ability to keep an open mind and look at issues and challenges from various angles and perspectives. It’s great to see how driven they are to fulfil the requirements of both Soitron and our clients.”


How does Koska see the future of Soitron’s co-operation with Netgrif?  Miloš Koska: “Naturally, it depends on the business opportunities when we will be working together on other, new projects in the future as well. But based on our experience with Netgrif, we’d certainly like to work together with them again. They come highly recommended!”
