Pilot Application Creation

Pilot Application Package
Our Pilot Application Package is a fast-track engagement designed to quickly validate ideas and showcase the value of Petriflow-based applications. It typically runs 4–8 weeks and involves 10–30 man-days of expert services, including DevOps, analysis, implementation, and testing.
The package delivers one or more prototype applications built on Petriflow concepts such as processes, forms, roles, and data. It emphasises knowledge transfer and collaboration, enabling your team to understand the modelling approach, test key scenarios, and assess the potential for wider adoption. This package is offered without a license requirement, providing a lightweight and flexible entry point into our platform and services.

Platform Onboarding Package
The Platform Onboarding Package provides consulting and enablement services designed to help your organisation adopt the Netgrif platform quickly and effectively. Through structured guidance and hands-on collaboration, our professional team ensures that your developers, analysts, and users gain the knowledge and confidence needed to work productively with the platform.
The engagement typically runs up to three months and focuses on accelerating onboarding, transferring best practices, and establishing clear working routines. Our experts do not perform direct development work; instead, they coach and support your team in building the necessary skills, ensuring that the outcomes are fully owned and executed by your organisation.

Courses & trainings
For broader functionality and deeper integration, clients can opt for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) package. This 7-week collaboration builds on the PoC with expanded services: 30 man-days including consulting support, a 6-month EE license, and delivery of four application prototypes.
Alongside technical development, this phase emphasizes consulting, training, and knowledge sharing—ensuring your internal team is fully equipped to manage and extend the application.

Application development onboarding services
During the development phase, Netgrif offers collaborative support by assigning a portion of its expert team to work directly with the customer’s or partner’s team. This cooperation accelerates application development while simultaneously serving as hands-on training. It enables the customer or partner team to gain practical experience, become proficient with the Netgrif platform, and smoothly transition into independent application management and scaling.

Platform Support
Support during subscription period
During the subscription period, clients benefit from the Netgrif Subscription & Support (S&S) model. This includes full access to the Netgrif service desk for issue reporting, continuous delivery of software updates, and eligibility to download and retain all platform versions released during the subscription term.
Clients also receive source code access for versions released during their subscription and are entitled to a fallback license if payments continue for at least 36 months.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
In higher-tier subscription packages, we also provide Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
For enterprise customers, Netgrif is pleased to offer custom-made service offerings that align with their technical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
